Description:    Histidine-tagged Amyloid-Beta(1-42) protein, Ab(1-42). Contains a sequence of six histidine residues for specific and high affinity attachment to Ni-ligand, a linker peptide (VGTGSNDDDDKSPDRSM) and human amyloid beta(1-42) sequence.

Applications:  May be used for immobilization of amyloid beta protein  via Ni-ligand attachment frequently employed with Biacore, magnetic beads, SELDI, etc. [1, 2]. May be used for immobilized amyloid assays.

Species:    Human Ab(1-42), recombinant.
