Purity:    Peptide purity >98% by HPLC. Contains seven zinc ions per molecule of metallothionein-2A.

Solubility:    Buffer.

Storage:    Freezer (-20° C). Protect from moisture. In solution at neutral pH and in the presence of oxygen metallothionein is sensitive to oxidation and solutions should not be stored.
